PokerKings Reload Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. The reload bonus is account-specific and only valid for deposits made between November 18th and November 22th, 2009.

2. The reload bonus will be automatically credited to your account as follows: For every 100 FPP’s (Frequent Player Points) you generate, you will receive €5 bonus. Once the bonus is credited to your account you have 60 days to complete the bonus requirements.

3. Only hands played on real money tables will count towards the bonus. Games at the practice games do not count for the bonus.

4. Only selected players at PokerKings are eligible for the reload bonus.

5. There is only one bonus for each gaming account/household. If you have multiple accounts you are NOT eligible for the reload bonus for the additional accounts. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which he is not eligible will have his accounts closed, and any winnings on all of his accounts will be null and void. All payouts will be cancelled.

6. All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

7. If, while playing at PokerKings, you win a sum or a promotion regarded by the Management as worthy of publicity, we reserve the right to use your nickname in any announcement about this result.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the PokerKings Room Manager or Boss Media AB will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. Employees, officers and directors of the poker room, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensers, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

10. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.

11. PokerKings reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the player’s account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.

12. Customers who are residents of China or Korea are not eligible to receive the reload bonus.

13. We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without prior notice.
