PokerKings is giving all its players an opportunity to take home a big slice of poker action during the Guaranteed €145,000+ Summer Slam Poker Series (SSPS) that runs between June 11th and June 24th 2012.

Our fantastic Summer Slam Series encompasses 14 events over 14 days, and has a total guaranteed value of €136,000!

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL! WE HAVE ALSO THROWN IN €10,000 IN CASH PRIZES AND ONE ENTRY INTO THE WPT NATIONAL MAZAGAN, MOROCCO!

PokerKings has put up €10,000 in cash prizes for the top 100 players on our Summer Slam Poker Series Tournament Leaderboard.

The winner of the Leaderboard receives €2,000 in cash, and an entry to the WPT National Mazagan, Morocco Main Event (worth €1,500 + €50) to be played between July 12th and 15th 2012.

The remaining Leaderboard Prizes will be announced at a later date.

Tournament Leaderboard Point Scoring

The number of points received is dependent on the buy-in, number of players, and your finishing position.

The algorithm used is:
Points = 10*[sqrt(n/k)] * [0.5+0.5*Ln(b)]
n = Number of Players; k = Position; b = Buy-in

Terms & Conditions – Summer Slam Poker Series (SSPS)

• The Promoter of this promotion is PokerKings.
• The promotion runs from 11th – 24th June 2012.
• Each SSPS is a separate tournament, and the Tournament Leaderboard will take into equation the points accumulated using the assigned algorithm, over the full 14 events.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of PokerKings. PokerKings will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
• PokerKings accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the PokerKings poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues PokerKings reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• PokerKings reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
• PokerKings Tournament rules apply.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions.
• Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
• Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing” in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
• Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position in any of the promotions will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• No director, employee, consultant or agent of PokerKings or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
• Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, PokerKings will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• The tournament event that represents the 1st position in the Leaderboard is the WPT National Mazagan, Morroco €1,500 + €50 No Limit Texas Hold’em Main Event to take place between the 12th & 15th of July 2012.
